Identification Requirements
To check in at Luxe Prime Hotels, guests must provide a valid government-issued identification document. Accepted forms of ID include:
- For Local Guests: National ID, Driver’s License, Passport, or any government-issued ID with a photo.
- For International Guests: Passport (mandatory) or any government-issued ID that matches the booking details.
- For Business Travelers: A company ID may be required for corporate bookings.
Additional Identification Notes:
- The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Luxe Prime Hotels reserves the right to request additional verification if needed.
Deposit Policy
To ensure a seamless stay, a security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit covers incidental charges and potential damages during your stay.
Deposit Amounts
- Standard Rooms: $50 per night
- Suites & Premium Rooms: $100 per night
- Extended Stays (7+ nights): Flat deposit of $500
Payment Methods
- Deposits can be paid using credit card, debit card, or cash.
- For credit/debit card payments, a pre-authorization hold will be placed on the card and released upon check-out, subject to any charges.
- Cash deposits will be refunded upon check-out, pending room inspection.
Refund Policy
- Deposits paid via credit/debit cards will be released within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
- Cash deposits are refunded immediately after check-out, provided no additional charges apply.
Special Considerations
- Group bookings may have separate deposit requirements—please contact our team for details.
- Guests booking via third-party platforms must still adhere to Luxe Prime Hotels’ deposit policies.
- Any unpaid balances at check-out will be deducted from the deposit amount.
