What Is Express Check-Out?

Express check-out allows guests to leave the hotel without stopping at the front desk. Instead, all final charges are settled automatically using the payment method on file, and a receipt is sent electronically.

Available Express Check-Out Options

1. Online Check-Out

• Guests can check out via the Luxe Prime Hotels website or mobile app.
• Simply navigate to the ‘Manage Booking’ section and follow the check-out instructions.
• A digital receipt will be sent to your registered email once the process is complete.

2. Email or SMS Check-Out

• On the morning of departure, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a check-out link.
• Click the link to review your charges and confirm your check-out.
• Your final bill and receipt will be emailed to you automatically.

3. Express Key Drop

• If you prefer, you can leave your room key in the designated Express Check-Out Box at the front desk.
• Charges will be settled using the payment method on file, and your receipt will be emailed to you.

Payment & Billing

• All outstanding charges, including room service, mini-bar expenses, and incidentals, will be automatically billed to your registered payment method.
• Guests using a security deposit for coverage will have any remaining balance refunded based on their payment method’s processing time (credit/debit refunds typically take 5–10 business days).
